Relapse Prevention Program
At Next Chapter Restored Inc.
year-long program is designed to support men and women navigating probation, parole, or
community re-entry who are at high risk for relapse. It incorporates group classes, workshops,
and individual sessions that address the process of relapse—not just the event. Participants
will learn how to recognize early warning signs, identify personal triggers, develop effective
coping strategies, and strengthen support systems. The program includes therapy, counseling,
and, when appropriate, medication-assisted monitoring.
